Work Experience: 5-6 years
Qualifications: Bachelor & degree in Science or Business Administration is required.
An MBA is preferred.

Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and
execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and
business growth. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B technology marketing,
understands AI/ML trends, and can develop compelling campaigns to engage
enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with business objectives,
revenue goals, and sales priorities.
Own the marketing calendar, campaign planning, budgeting, and performance
tracking.

Content Strategy & Thought Leadership:
Create and maintain the social media content calendar while tracking engagement and
campaign performance.
Own Tatras Data’s LinkedIn presence by planning, creating, scheduling, and
publishing engaging content.
Develop executive thought leadership content for leadership profiles.




Oversee the creation of blogs, whitepapers,case studies, and social media content to establish Tatras data as an industry thoughtleader.
Event & Webinar Marketing: Plan and promote Tatras Data’s participation in AI
industry events, conferences, and webinars.

Website management
Own and manage the company website, including content updates, landing page
creation, SEO optimization, user experience improvements, and coordination with
development teams.
Monitor website performance using analytics tools and implement improvements to
increase traffic and conversions.

Marketing Execution & Operations
Design marketing creatives, social media assets, presentations, brochures, one-
pagers, event collateral, banners, and digital campaigns using design tools such as
Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent).
Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing assets.
