About the Role
This is not a traditional internship. You won't be scheduling meetings or formatting slides. You'll be working directly with the founder to build the market presence, outbound motion, and content engine of a GTM strategy studio from the ground up.

GZL is early and deliberate. That means real ownership over work that actually matters, and a direct line between what you do and how the company shows up in the market. The goal is to convert this into a full time role. Whether that happens depends on your growth and where the business is, but the intent is there from day one.

What You'll Work On

Founder Branding and Thought Leadership
Research, draft, and iterate on LinkedIn content that reflects the founder's POV on GTM strategy, sales-led growth, and revenue systems
Build and maintain a content calendar; identify angles from conversations, client work, and market signals
Help shape a consistent voice and positioning across written and social channels

Outbound and Prospecting

Research and build targeted prospect lists across GZL's target verticals




Support outbound sequencing: draft first-touch messaging, personalize at the account level, test different angles
Track outreach performance and flag what's working; iterate quickly

GTM Experimentation

Help design and run small targeting experiments across ICP, messaging, and channel
Synthesize findings into short briefs the founder can act on
Maintain a running log of what's been tested and what it surfaced

Content and Brand Awareness

Monitor industry conversations and surface opportunities for the founder to engage or publish
Repurpose longer-form content into shorter formats
Help maintain GZL's presence as a credible voice in the B2B GTM space

Who This Is For

You're probably a final-year student, a recent grad, or someone early in your career who already spends time thinking about how B2B companies go to market. The degree matters less than the curiosity and the output quality.
