Job Purpose:
We are looking for an accomplished Regional Sales Head to lead the sales function for Embassy Development's premium residential projects in the NCR region. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in selling luxury and premium residential developments and have a deep understanding of the NCR real estate market. Candidates with exposure to commercial real estate sales will have an added advantage.
The role requires a strategic leader capable of driving revenue,



building high-performing sales teams, developing channel partner networks, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, absorption, and profitability targets for premium residential projects.
Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans aligned with business objectives.
Drive pre-launch, launch, and post-launch sales strategies to maximize inventory absorption.
Identify current business opportunities and strengthen market penetration across Delhi NCR.
Revenue & Inventory Management
Own sales revenue, collections, and inventory management for assigned projects.
Optimize pricing, inventory mix, and sales velocity in collaboration with Strategy and Finance teams.
Monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and inventory ageing to improve bus
