Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Rohini. The Sales Executive will prospect and develop new business opportunities, respond to inquiries, and manage the entire sales cycle for central air conditioning projects and maintenance contracts. Daily activities include meeting potential and existing clients, conducting site visits, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.



The role also involves coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate quotations, timely project execution, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive is expected to maintain sales records, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to understand technical aspects of air conditioning systems and translate them into clear benefits for clients.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Good organizational and time management skills, including experience with basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
Prior experience in HVAC, building services, or related technical sales is highly preferr
