Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Global Payroll Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Global Payroll solutions across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will possess robust functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll, a solid understanding of payroll legislation and compliance, and proven experience working with HR, Finance, technical teams, and third-party payroll providers to deliver accurate and compliant payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion Payroll Implementation & Configuration
Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Global Payroll for multi-country payroll environments.
Configure Payroll Statutory Units (PSUs), payroll definitions, elements, balances, calculation rules, and payroll relationships.
Configure earnings, deductions, allowances, overtime, retro pay, recurring and non-recurring payroll elements.
Maintain payroll calendars, costing structures, payment methods, and consolidation groups.
Payroll Processing & Support




Support end-to-end payroll processing, including:
Pre-payroll validation
Payroll execution and recalculations
Retro-pay processing
Payroll reconciliation and balance validation
Investigate and resolve payroll processing issues, balance discrepancies, and costing errors.
Support payroll cutover activities, parallel payroll runs, and post-go-live stabilization.
Statutory Compliance
Configure and maintain country-specific statutory payroll requirements, including tax regulations, social insurance, gratuity/end-of-service benefits, and other legislative requirements.
Ensure payroll compliance with local labor laws, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Support statutory reporting and year-end payroll activities.
Integrations & Interfaces
Support payroll integrations with:
Third-party payroll providers (such as Ramco and other local payroll engines)
Finance and General Ledger systems
Banking and payment interfaces
