Are you experienced in land documentation, AutoCAD, and real estate approvals? We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Block token and plot allocation management
✅ Verify land and plot measurements against approved layouts
✅ Finalize and update approved layout plans using AutoCAD
✅ Prepare Gift Deed documents
✅ Draft Sale Agreements and Sale Deeds
✅ Coordinate documentation for registrations and legal processes
✅ Maintain layout records and documentation accuracy
✅ Liaise with surveyors, legal teams, and registration departments
✅ Support all documentation and approval-related activities connected with project execution
Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Experience in the real estate industry (3+ years preferred)
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD




✔ Knowledge of DTCP/CMDA approval drawings and layout planning
✔ Good understanding of land registration and legal documentation
✔ Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
✔ Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments
