Business Enablement and Support Team (Team Member)

Role & Organization:
BEST intends to support Onsite Engagement/ Sales Team in enhancing customer experience by effectively & efficiently managing various internal stakeholders to fulfil the commercial & operational needs of the customer.

Being the face of the organization in front of customer, it requires intensive coordination withing various internal stakeholders/ departments to ensure a smooth experience to the customer.





Attributes and Skills
Basic understanding of IT outsourcing business and ability to interpret IT contracts.
Understanding of business workflow and account/client relationship management responsibilities.
Decent understanding of various pricing models and associated P&L; calculations.
Positive communication skills to represent HCL in front of global customers
Excellent financial/ analytical skills with experience of using MS Excel™ (pivots/ lookups/ sumifs etc. across multiple files) to handle large & diversified data including complicated billing files
Good knowledge of using MS Word™, MS Power point™ for reporting
Self-motivated, highly energetic individuals with the right professional attitude and ability to own the transaction/ processes from initiation to closure under tight timelines, which at times include working at odd hours to meet the deadline given to customer
Excellent inter-personnel and coord
