Responsibilities:
• Drive key initiatives to improve underwriting operations by leading solution design and implementation efforts across strategic client engagement
s.• Lead solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals, ensuring Genpact’s capabilities, value propositions, and operating models are clearly articulated and aligned with client need
s.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Operations, Practice, Analytics, IT, Pricing, HR, and Training—to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and alignment throughout the deal lifecycl
e.• Represent underwriting solutions in client workshops, visits, and oral presentations, engaging with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic conversation
