Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in ServiceNow platform development, ITSM modules, integrations, workflow automation, and JavaScript-based scripting. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, and Notifications.
Implement and support ITSM modules including:
Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Request Management Service Catalog Create and manage Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Knowledge Base articles, and Approval Workflows.
Develop and maintain custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine and Scoped Applications.
Perform integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, JDBC, LDAP, SSO, and third-party tools.
Build and customize Service Portal widgets, pages, and AngularJS components. Configure CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management processes where required.
Work on Update Sets, application deployments, cloning activities, and release management across environments.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions and workflows.
Participate in requirement gathering, technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and sprint planning activities.
