You’ll Make a Difference By
Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
Manage payroll inputs such as overtime, bonuses, incentives, leave records, reimbursements,
and deductions.
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, income tax regulations, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and third-party payroll vendors for smooth payroll operations.
Address and resolve employee queries related to salary, tax, benefits, and payroll discrepancies.
Prepare payroll reports, MIS reports, reconciliation statements, and statutory filings.
Maintain and update employee payroll records and confidential data with high accuracy and security.
Support year-end payroll activities, including tax adjustments, Form 16 generation, and compliance reporting.
Your success is grounded in
5 yrs – 8 yrs of experience into India Payroll.
People oriented and results driven.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
