Role Description The Franchise Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for expanding The Concrete Shop® franchise network and supporting franchise partners. This role includes identifying and qualifying potential franchisees, managing lead generation activities, conducting franchise presentations,



and overseeing the franchise onboarding process. The person in this position will collaborate on business planning with franchise partners, guide them on brand standards and operational best practices, and coordinate training programs to ensure consistent performance. Daily activities also involve monitoring franchise performance, preparing reports and forecasts, and working closely with internal teams to align franchise growth with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Franchise Sales and Franchising, with experience in developing and managing franchise networks.
Strong Business Planning capabilities, including market assessment, financial modeling, and growth strategy development.
Hands-on experience in Lead Generation, prospecting, and pipeline management for franchise opportunities.
