Job Description
The Corporate Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with corporate occupiers for office leasing requirements.



The role involves generating new business opportunities, advising clients on real estate strategies, executing leasing transactions, and collaborating with landlords, developers, and internal teams to deliver comprehensive leasing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and generate recent corporate leasing opportunities through networking, market mapping, referrals, and industry contacts.
Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Admin Heads, Real Estate Heads, and Procurement teams.
Build a strong pipeline of office leasing mandates from corporate occupiers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development initiatives.
Corporate Leasing Advisory
Understand clients' business requirements and workplace strategies.
Provide end-to-end leasing advisory services for office space acquisition, renewal, consolidation, and relocation.
Prepare and present market intelligence, availabi
