Location: Mumbai
Experience: 8–15+ years overall with a minimum of 6+ years in BIM Management or BIM Leadership
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement BIM Strategy, BIM Requirements, and BIM Execution Plans
• Lead BIM coordination, clash detection, model federation, design reviews, and quality assurance.
• Manage Common Data Setting (ProjectWise), project information requirements (EIR/AIR/PIR), and ensure compliance with ISO 19650.
• Support BIM production, digital deliverables, model coordination, and issue management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop BIM workflows for quantity take-offs, 4D simulations, construction reporting, and digital project delivery.
• Conduct BIM implementation assessments, monitor BEP compliance, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned.
• Train and mentor project teams on BIM workflows and CDE processes.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and BIM Leads to resolve design/clash coordination issues through Navisworks and Revitzo software.
• Develop standardized BIM workflows and promote knowledge sharing across project teams.
• Support design reviews, construction coordination, construction administration, and reporting activities.
Required Experience & Skills
• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering Semiconductor, Data Center, Infrastructure, or other large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Autodesk Forma, visualization tools, and BIM-enabled quantity take-off platforms
• Experience developing BIM standards, templates, LOD frameworks, classification systems, master data models, and BIM/CAD-GIS interoperability.
• Knowledge of Dynamo and BIM automation is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, mentoring, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary and culturally diverse environments.
