Role Summary:
We are looking for an APAC Media Lab Operations Specialist to serve as the high-grade operational engine for our client’s media ecosystem. You will steward relationships with global media agencies to ensure campaign deliverables, financial processes, and reporting run flawlessly, on-time, at scale, and strictly compliant with all internal policies. Step into a fast-paced environment where you will collaborate directly with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), Finance, and external agency partners across the APAC region. and resolve complex campaign bottlenecks.
Role:
Media Agency Coordination: Engage media agency partners to ensure day-to-day work is executed flawlessly; lead project management to verify agency deliverables are reported accurately and on schedule across internal teams.
Campaign & Financial Management: Scope and support all media campaigns, audit billable scoping, verify proper tagging, consolidate agency fees, and manage the end-to-end PO lifecycle in close collaboration with Marketing Finance and PMMs.
Consultation & Troubleshooting: Provide upfront operational consultation to PMMs and agencies on campaign requirements (scoping, minimums, POs), assist in resolving operational bottlenecks, manage agency performance feedback, and reconcile billing blocks, shortfalls, or surpluses.
