Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic Marketing & Program specilaist who is eager to learn and make a difference. You will wear two closely connected hats: building and amplifying the “Meaningful Conversations” thought leadership
brand, and running Wisdom Tree's India program for the CXO Accelerator — a flagship initiative that helps large enterprises and scaled startups across India adopt AI and drive meaningful business transformation.



You'll manage events and webinars, drive thought leadership platforms, support visual storytelling, and own the end-to-end delivery of the accelerator's cohort journey, working closely with the leadership team, consulting practitioners, and client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Brand
● Develop and execute integrated marketing activities across digital channels and physical/digital events.
● Build the brand identity of the “Meaningful Conversations” thought leadership series, including content curation and promotion.
● Design visually impactful marketing assets using Canva, Figma, and other creative platforms as part of campaign and presentation support.
● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and collate insights to help refine GTM and content
strategies.
● Collaborate on creative content, campaign execution, and event promotion for thought leadership and brand
visibility.
