Job Title: AI Products Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities
Product strategy and roadmap
Define product requirements for LLM-based capabilities (conversational sales assistants, agentic workflows, semantic search, recommendation and personalization engines), including bilingual Arabic/English experiences for GCC audiences.
Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions across the AI stack (foundation models, orchestration frameworks, vector search, CRM/CDP and engagement tooling) with clear cost, latency and quality trade-offs.
Delivery and execution
Run discovery, scoping and delivery with cross-functional squads; write crisp PRDs, define acceptance criteria, and manage releases through experimentation frameworks.
Design evaluation harnesses for AI capabilities: define quality metrics (accuracy, groundedness, latency, containment/deflection rates), golden datasets and human review loops.
Commercial and marketplace outcomes
Tie every AI initiative to a measurable commercial outcome: lead quality, cost per qualified lead, sales conversion, broker and sales-team productivity,



or customer lifetime value across the international portfolio.
Define and monitor KPIs; run A/B tests and holdouts; retire initiatives that do not perform.
Governance, safety and compliance
Ensure AI products comply with applicable regulatory frameworks across operating markets — Saudi PDPL (data residency and consent) and UK/EU GDPR in particular — alongside internal data-classification and governance policies.
Establish guardrails for AI outputs: hallucination controls, escalation-to-human flows, brand-secure content moderation and audit logging.
Champion responsible AI practices, including transparency to end users about automated decisioning.
Stakeholder leadership
Act as the primary translator between executive stakeholders, engineering, data science and market-facing teams on AI capability, feasibility and risk.
