Job Purpose: Prepare, Plan, Guide and Ensureimplementation HR strategy in the Unit for enhancing satisfaction level of stake holders towards achieving best Unit image & Business growth.

Job Context: Prepare Plan, guide and ensure implementation of HR Strategy in the unit. Plan and ensure implementation of HR practices at Unit level as per policy. Sourcing talent & engaging right candidate for unit operations.
The unit is located adjacent to villages. Process emissions carbon black not 100% avoidable, which effect neighboring village. Local Pressure Groups create problem for matters relating to Carbon Black leak and water leakage affecting smooth functioning of the
plant. Under these circumstances maintaining peace by developing relationship with villagers and maintaining law and order under certain aggravating situations becomes quite necessary

Key Result Areas

Human Resource Management

Prepare HR plan for the Unit and initiate, coordinate & implement all people processes in the Unit.
Develop & implement appropriate HR plans aligned with the Unit strategy.
Plan, organize, implement and review the human resources systems and initiatives, administrative procedures, Take all necessary steps to build performance culture in the unit.
Keep abreast of the Group people policies, processes, procedures, initiatives, and implement the same in the unit.
Ensure proper development and utilization of human resources of high employee satisfaction and productivity.
