Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring brands to life across both static and motion content. This role will be responsible for designing digital and print creatives while also editing engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand campaigns. The ideal candidate has a solid eye for design, understands current visual trends, and can seamlessly translate creative concepts into compelling visual assets that drive engagement and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design
• Design creatives for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms
• Design website banners, landing page assets, emailers, and CRM creatives
• Develop product launch and campaign creatives
• Create e-commerce assets including PDP images, A+ content, promotional banners, and catalog
visuals
• Design presentations, brochures, flyers, event collateral, and print material




• Ensure all creatives align with each brand's visual identity and guidelines

Video Editing & Motion Content
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Meta Ads
• Create engaging motion graphics and animated creatives
• Edit campaign films, BTS videos, interviews, testimonials, and product videos
• Add transitions, captions, subtitles, music, sound effects, and motion elements
• Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific formats
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms

Creative Collaboration
• Work closely with the Marketing, social media, Content, and Performance Marketing teams
• Translate campaign briefs into impactful visual assets
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and launches

Brand Management
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Ensure creative quality meets premium brand standards
