Job Summary
The Manager – Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading and growing ILDL’s sales function in the region. The incumbent will build long-term relationships with leading Architects, Interior Designers, Lighting Designers, PMCs, Contractors and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).





Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth in the luxury architectural and decorative lighting segment. Identify and develop recent business opportunities and strategic partnerships while managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, contractors, HNIs and key decision-makers in high-value projects.
Lead project specifications and solution presentations, coordinate internally to ensure seamless execution and timely closures & consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Strengthen ILDL’s brand visibility through networking events/ industry engagements and support marketing initiatives, social media engagement, and training programs.
