Role overview
You'll drive revenue by acquiring and managing corporate clients for OPD plans, annual health check-ups, employee wellness programs, and corporate health camps. The focus is on building relationships with HR leaders, insurance brokers, benefits consultants, TPAs, and corporate decision-makers to grow Merago's footprint in the corporate healthcare market.

What you'll do
Identify, prospect, and acquire corporate customers for OPD plans, annual health check-ups, and wellness programs
Build relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, Admin Heads, Benefits Managers, and CFOs
Position Merago's solutions as employee engagement, retention, and wellness initiatives, with packages tailored to client needs and budgets
Build and strengthen broker, consultant, and TPA channels — running training, reviews, and referral pipelines
Generate and sell onsite/offsite health camps, screening programs, and vaccin
