Comet Polyplast Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of high-quality PVC, CPVC, UPVC, OPVC, HDPE & MDPE Pipes and Fittings, delivering reliable piping solutions across India. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a passionate Field Sales Executive to strengthen our dealer network and drive business growth in Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities
Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, plumbers, and hardware stores on a daily basis.
Generate recent business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Promote the company's range of Plumbing, Agriculture, and Industrial Pipe & Fitting products.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and customer meetings.
Identify new dealers and appoint channel partners.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries.
Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR), market feedback, and visit reports through CRM.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of Field Sales experience (Pipe, Plumbing, Sanitaryware, Building Materials, Hardware, Cement, Paint, Electrical, or Construction products preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Strong relationship-building ability.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
