Role Overview:
Vice President: Business Development (Systems Integration) will be responsible for driving business growth, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation for our Systems Integration Division across the Private & Public Sectors.
The role will lead the complete business development lifecycle — from market identification and client acquisition to solution positioning, bid strategy, contract negotiations, and key account management — while working closely with leadership, pre-sales, engineering, and delivery teams to build a sustainable and profitable business portfolio.
This role requires an individual with a robust and proven track-records of building $MM P&Ls; from the ground-up and an intrapreneurial drive for building businesses.

Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Business Growth & Revenue Leadership:
· Develop and execute the business development strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion objectives.
· Identify and pursue new opportunities across Government (Centre/State), Defence, Homeland Security, PSUs, Smart Cities, Broadcasters, Enterprise,



Telecom, and Critical Infrastructure sectors.
· Build a robust project pipeline and drive sustainable business growth through strategic customer acquisition and account expansion.
· Own the complete sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to contract closure and revenue realization.
2. Strategic Business Development:
· Identify emerging technologies, market trends, and customer requirements to develop new business opportunities.
· Establish strategic alliances with OEMs, technology partners, consultants, and system integrators to strengthen the Company's solution portfolio.
· Develop go-to-market strategies for recent technologies and integrated solutions.
· Represent the organization at industry forums, customer engagements, and strategic business meetings.
3. Government & Enterprise Business:
· Develop strong relationships with Ministries, Defense organizations, Public Sector Underta
