We are looking for a seasoned and strategic SEO Team Lead to join our energetic marketing team. In this role, you will lead a team of SEO specialists to develop and execute innovative SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies that drive organic growth, AI search visibility, and business outcomes.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists by providing guidance, coaching, training, and performance feedback.
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO, AEO, GEO, and ASO strategies aligned with business goals and evolving search technologies.
Build organic growth strategies that improve visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and voice search platforms.
Conduct advanced keyword, topic cluster, search intent, and entity research to identify high-impact content opportunities.
Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, headings, URLs, and structured data to improve search rankings and user experience.




Develop AI-friendly content optimized for Answer Engines, Featured Snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), and conversational search.
Implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices to increase brand visibility and citations across AI-powered search platforms.
Lead technical SEO initiatives including website audits, crawl optimization, indexing, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO, XML sitemaps, schema markup, canonicalization, and site performance improvements.
Implement semantic SEO and entity-based optimization strategies to strengthen topical authority and Knowledge Graph presence.
Plan and oversee ethical link-building and digital PR campaigns to improve domain authority and online credibility.
Collaborate with Content teams to develop EEAT-driven content that demonstrates Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness.
Optimize websites for AI-generated search experiences and Google's AI Ove
