We are looking for a energetic and results-oriented Business Development Lead with proven experience in B2B SaaS/Software Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing the complete sales lifecycle, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving revenue growth. This role requires strong outbound sales expertise, consultative selling skills, and the ability to close enterprise software deals.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end B2B SaaS sales activities, from lead generation to deal closure.
Identify, generate, and qualify high-quality leads using Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Clay, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Research target accounts and engage with key decision-makers across various industries.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, client meetings, and solution-based sales discussions.




Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions.
Handle client objections, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales opportunities.
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Represent the organization at client meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
Travel within and outside Tamil Nadu as required for customer meetings and business opportunities.
