Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HVAC Technician role based in Maharashtra, India. The HVAC Technician will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, ventilation units, and related equipment at customer locations. Daily tasks include diagnosing system issues, performing troubleshooting, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring proper functioning of electrical and plumbing connections associated with HVAC units. The technician will follow safety protocols, document work performed,



coordinate with supervisors and clients, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The role may involve travel within Maharashtra for service calls and occasional emergency repairs.
Qualifications

Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving HVAC system issues efficiently.
Knowledge of plumbing related to HVAC installations, including piping, drainage, and connections.
Experience with preventive maintenance practices to ensure reliable and safe operation of HVAC equipment.
Understanding of EPA or equivalent environmental and safety guidelines relevant to HVAC work.
Basic to intermediate electricity skills, including wiring, controls, and safe handling of electrical components.
Vocational training, ITI, diploma, or equivalent qualification in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, or electrical field.
