Role Description The Sales Manager at IVAPLUS IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The Manager will support daily sales operations, including identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach, and assisting with product presentations and demos.

Responsibilities include maintaining CRM records, preparing sales reports, coordinating with technical and marketing teams, and following up with leads to support conversion.



The intern will also help in organizing client meetings, gathering feedback, and contributing to sales strategies aligned with the company’s solutions for Education and BFSI sectors.

Qualifications

Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams.

Ability to perform market research, analyze sales data, and contribute to sales planning and forecasting.

Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, or technology products; interest in AI/ML and cloud technologies is an advantage.

Proficiency in using office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking systems.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
