Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell investment productsto new and existing customers.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual investment mobilization targets.

- Generate leads through branch walk-ins, customer references, field visits, networking, and promotional activities.

- Identify potential investors and develop a solid customer pipeline.

- Explain product features, interest rates, tenure options, benefits, and applicable terms and conditions to customers.

- Assist customers with application forms, KYC documentation, and investment processing.

- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value and repeat investors.

- Coordinate with branch operations and accounts teams for smooth investment processing and customer servicing.

- Keep records of customer interactions, investment bookings, and daily sales activities.

- Participate in marketing campaigns, investment drives, seminars, and branch-level promotional events.

- Stay updated on company investment products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company policies, KYC/AML norms, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).

- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Finance is an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in NBFC, banking, financial services, insurance, or investment products.

- Experience in selling NCDs, Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Insurance, or Wealth Products will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.

- Customer relationship management skills.

- Basic understanding of financial and investment products.

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

- Good presentation and follow-up skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/branch management systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in an NBFC or bank investment sales team.

- Existing network of HNI/UHNI, business, or retail investors.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
