Job Title: SALES MANAGER – Real Estate Company

Jobs & Responsibilities:
-Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers
-Understand clients needs and propose solutions that are suitable to them
-Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
-Accompany the customer for site visits
-Develop the network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales.
Candidate Requirement
- The candidate should be hardworking with go- getter attitude.
- Conversion of queries and walk-in clients to sales.
- Recruitment and handling of existing prospective channeled partners.
- Must have technical skills to use soft marketing tools (SMS, Whatsapp, Facebook, etc)
- Generation of recent leads and conversion of leads from existing database. (Important)
- Possess a pleasing personality to extract references from existing clients.
- Will be responsible for achieving sales target through team and channel partners.
- Report directly to higher management
- Excellent communication skills.
