The role focuses on partner management, business development, and achieving sales targets within the corporate merchandise and gifting industry.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales through dealer, distributor, and reseller networks.
Develop and manage channel partner relationships.
Identify and acquire current business opportunities.
Conduct product presentations and partner meetings.
Support lead generation and business conversion.
Monitor partner performance and market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in B2B Channel Sales, Distributor Management, or Business Development.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, FMCG, printing, or related industries preferred.
