Role & responsibilities:

- Drive domestic market sales and identify recent business opportunities across assigned territory/region.

- Build and maintain relationships with Transformer's Manufactures , EPC contractors clients.

- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and territory-wise targets; monitor achievement against plan.

- Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and domestic policy/regulatory changes affecting the power sector.

- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment collection.

- Liaise with regional sales executives and support their performance.

- Submit periodic MIS reports, sales reviews, and market feedback to management.

Required Key Skills &

Experience :

- Minimum 3 years in domestic sales/market development within the electrical industry

- Understanding of power equipment (transformers, Reactors etc.) or relevant energy products.

- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets; strong negotiation skills.

- Excellent verbal & written communication in English and local/regional language.

- Ability to analyze market data, sales trends, and prepare actionable reports.

- Willing to travel extensively within domestic territory.
