Divyansh Honda is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead showroom sales operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom sales activities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive buying experience
- Monitor leads and follow up with prospective customers
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams
- Support marketing and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales or dealership operations
- Prior experience in a sales leadership or supervisory role preferred
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, Email)
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid driving license preferred
