Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end real estate sales activities from sourcing to deal closure

Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and follow-ups

Prepare and deliver professional PPT presentations for project overviews, investment proposals, and marketing pitches

Support sales operations: documentation, follow-ups, CRM data entry, and coordination with internal teams

Liaise with builders, channel partners, and clients to ensure smooth sales transactions

Manage project inventory and pricing updates in collaboration with the operations team

Monitor sales performance metrics and assist in sales reporting

Required Skills

Robust sales and negotiation skills in the real estate sector

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools

Operational knowledge: documentation, client handling, and process coordination

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
