Anytime Fitness is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Sales Manager to lead membership sales, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing members. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, leadership, and sales skills with a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new membership sales through walk-ins, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and lead generation activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Handle inquiries, conduct gym tours, and convert prospects into members.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase memberships and revenue.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with members to improve retention.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.




- Collaborate with the operations and fitness teams to ensure an excellent member experience.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industry.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
