Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – IT Infrastructure Services to drive sales and business growth in infrastructure solutions including cloud, data centre, networking, cyber security, managed services, and end-user computing. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, deep understanding of IT infrastructure domains, and a proven track record in B2B enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for IT infrastructure services.
- Identify and generate current business opportunities in target accounts across industries.
- Build strong client relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement Teams.
- Create and present proposals, solutions, and commercials aligned to client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to win and close deals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates,



and reports to leadership.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and account growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Business (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Sales.
- Strong understanding of Data Centre, Cloud (AWS, Azure, Private), Networking, Security, Backup & DR, and End-User Computing services.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
