Role Summary
As the Product Manager - Tax & Value Added Services, you will act as the Business Owner for the Tax & Compliance vertical, with end-to-end ownership of Product, Growth, Revenue, Operations, Sales, Partnerships, and P&L.;
You will work closely with leadership to build scalable products, drive customer growth, optimize business performance, and create exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Business Ownership
• Own the complete P&L; of the Tax & Compliance business.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, pricing strategy,



commercial performance, business planning, growth forecasting, budget ownership, and unit economics.

Product Strategy & Product Management
• Define product vision and roadmap.
• Conduct customer research and opportunity discovery.
• Write PRDs and prioritize features.
• Lead product launches, adoption, optimization, and lifecycle management.
• Build products that solve real customer problems while driving measurable business outcomes.

Growth & Customer Acquisition
• Own acquisition and engagement across WhatsApp, Email, Push Notifications, Landing Pages, SEO, Referral Programs, Partnerships, and Lifecycle Marketing.
• Optimize funnels and conversion rates.
• Partner with the central marketing team for paid acquisition initiatives.

Revenue Growth
• Launch recent services.
• Optimize pricing and packaging.
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, conversion improvements, and repeat purchase strategies.
