We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Information Technology Project Coordinator with 2–5 years of experience in supporting technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and external vendors to facilitate smooth execution of IT initiatives. This role is well-suited for professionals who possess excellent organizational and communication skills and have exposure to software development or enterprise technology projects.
As an Information Technology Project Coordinator, you will assist in project planning, monitor progress, manage documentation, coordinate meetings, and help ensure project milestones are achieved within defined timelines and budgets.



Exposure to business analysis practices and stakeholder requirement gathering will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate multiple IT projects from initiation through completion while supporting project managers in day-to-day execution.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items.
Maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, issue logs, and status reports.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify schedule deviations or potential risks.
Coordinate communication between development, QA, infrastructure, product, and business teams.
Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
Support resource planning and ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.
Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and project dashboards for stakeholders.
Track project budgets, resource utilization, and project dependencies where applicable.
