About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Account Manager - Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) to drive strategic growth across a portfolio of Healthcare, Life Sciences, MedTech, Pharma, Payers, Providers, and Digital Health clients.
This role is ideal for a sales leader with a robust blend of account management, consultative selling, and hunting capability, capable of deepening relationships within existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities. Experience working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and global stakeholders will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Ownership
Own and grow a portfolio of Healthcare & Life Sciences accounts.
Develop and execute account plans to drive sustainable revenue growth and wallet share expansion.
Hunting & New Logo Acquisition
Prospect and create opportunities across Healthcare, Pharma, MedTech, Biotech, Payers, Providers, and Digital Health organizations.
Develop relationships with CXOs, Business Unit Leaders, GCC Heads, and Digital Transformation leaders.
Client Relationship Management
Establish trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.
Engage with senior leadership to understand strategic priorities, business challenges, and technology roadmaps.
Strategic Account Development
Build multi-year growth strategies for assigned accounts.
Identify large transformation initiatives and develop account penetration strategies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline.
10+ years of experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Managed Services sales.
Demonstrated success managing and growing enterprise accounts.
