About Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated DevOps Automation Engineer with robust expertise in CI/CD, Build Automation, Source Code Management, and Telecom Software Integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex software build environments, release processes, automation frameworks, and integration pipelines for telecom products. This role requires hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git-based workflows, embedded Linux build systems, containerized build environments, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful software releases and deployment readiness.

What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and maintain automated build and release pipelines for telecom software products.
Manage nightly builds, release builds, integration builds, and software delivery processes.
Develop build dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and failure monitoring mechanisms.
Drive release readiness activities and ensure timely software deliveries.




Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related automation tools.
Automate software integration, build verification, packaging, and deployment workflows.
Develop automation scripts using Python, Shell, and Groovy.
Improve build reliability, repeatability, and operational efficiency through automation.
Manage Git, Gerrit, GitLab, and Subversion repositories.
Define branching strategies, code propagation workflows, and release management processes.
Support integration branches, release branches, and development workflows.
Ensure source code integrity and configuration consistency across environments.
Support build environments based on Yocto, Buildroot, Meson, Make/CMake, Maven, Ant, and related technologies.
Manage meta-build systems, signed builds, package generation, and software distribution artifacts.
