Role Overview
The Head of Marketing will lead TP-Link India's end-to-end marketing function, responsible for brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, product launches, trade marketing, events, and demand generation. This role requires a strategic leader with strong execution capabilities who can align marketing initiatives with business objectives while building a high-performing marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
Develop and execute TP-Link India's brand strategy and positioning.




Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
Strengthen brand awareness across Consumer, SMB, and Enterprise segments.
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Identify market opportunities through customer insights and competitive analysis.
Define KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness.
Demand Generation
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, search, PR, and traditional media.
Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with Sales to drive channel engagement and revenue growth.
Digital Marketing
Lead SEO, SEM, paid media, website management, and performance marketing initiatives.
Drive content strategy and digital customer engagement.
Utilize analytics to optimize marketing performance.
Events & Trade Marketing
Lead industry exhibitions, partner events,
