We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations, insurance domain expertise, and solid integration knowledge. This role requires translating complex business requirements into Salesforce solutions, supporting integration projects across multiple insurance platforms, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering- Engage with business stakeholders across Sales, Service, Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, and Actuarial teams to gather detailed requirements.
▪ Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to document current-state and future-state workflows.
▪ Analyze gaps between business processes and system capabilities, and recommend process improvements leveraging Salesforce functionality.



▪ Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals. ▪ Ensure documentation adheres to internal standards, including traceability from requirements to delivery.
Salesforce Expertise
Create and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and analytics to support Sales, Service, Underwriting, and Claims operations.
▪ Collaborate with Salesforce Admins and Developers to design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
▪ Configure and optimize Salesforce components such as Objects, Fields, Record Types, Page Layouts, Lightning App Builder, Validation Rules, and Flows where necessary.
▪ Partner with QA and UAT teams to validate solutions meet requirements, including functional testing of Salesforce enhancements.
