Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities for student admissions
Generate leads through schools, colleges, educational events, seminars, exhibitions, and digital platforms
Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions, corporate organizations, NGOs, and government departments
Develop partnerships for student assessment programs, career guidance initiatives,



and academic collaborations
Explore franchise, training, and institutional tie-up opportunities
Monitor educational market trends, recommend new programs based on demand, and analyze competitor pricing and marketing strategies
Admission & Sales
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets
Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, programs, and career pathways
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed admissions
Maintain an updated CRM/database of prospective leads
Conduct campus visits and deliver educational presentations
Marketing & Promotion
Coordinate promotional campaigns and admission drives
Represent the institution at education fairs, career expos, and seminars
Organize workshops, awareness programs, and career guidance sessions
Promote the institution through qualified networking and referral programs
