Senior Lead Data Application Software Engineer:




You will join a newly forming India GCC team with direct impact on modernizing our data landscape. The role offers real ownership across data transformation delivery and migration from legacy services to a up-to-date stack (e.g., dbt, Databricks, MongoDB), while ensuring stable operations for critical platforms. You will collaborate closely with Europe through shared agile ceremonies in a multidisciplinary environment with strong exposure to diverse technologies. We encourage AI-enabled engineering practices—using tools like Copilot, Claude Code, or ChatGPT responsibly to improve speed, quality, and documentation—while building standards and best practices from the ground up.
