Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand Executive who can drive influencer marketing while supporting the brand team with business analytics and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable managing creator relationships, executing campaigns, and analysing business performance to generate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns — outreach, negotiations, briefing, content approvals, execution, and closure
Build and nurture relationships with creators, talent agencies, and influencer management companies
Negotiate commercials to maximise ROI while maintaining solid creator partnerships
Develop and maintain a robust influencer pipeline across categories and budgets
Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

Campaign Management
Develop campaign briefs aligned with brand and business objectives




Coordinate with internal teams and creators to ensure timely execution
Review content for quality, messaging consistency, and brand compliance
Track campaign timelines and manage deliverables end to end

Performance Marketing & Analytics
Monitor influencer campaign performance Reach, Engagement, Views, Clicks, Conversions, ROAS, Cost per Engagement
Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and optimisation recommendations
Evaluate creator performance and recommend improvements for future campaigns

Business Analytics & Reporting
Own daily, weekly, and monthly business dashboards across categories and sales channels
Track and analyse key metrics Revenue, Units, ASP, Conversion Rate, ROAS, CAC, Gross Margin, Inventory, Category Performance
Analyse performance across Retail, Website, Marketplaces, and Performance Marketing to identify trends and gaps
Prepare MBRs, WBRs, and leadership presentations with data-backed insights
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Su
