Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Asset Management & Procurement Executive to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, support procurement activities, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure compliance with organizational asset governance processes. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Job Responsibilities :




Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, allocation, movement, repair, and disposal.
Maintain accurate asset inventory and ensure CMDB records are always up to date.
Handle IT procurement activities, including raising Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), vendor coordination, and invoice tracking.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, deliveries, warranty claims, and AMC renewals.
Track asset stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Perform periodic asset audits and reconciliation with finance records.
Handle IT service requests and asset-related tickets within defined SLAs.
Maintain documentation related to procurement, warranties, licenses, and asset ownership.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding by ensuring timely allocation and recovery of IT assets.
