About the Role-

We are looking for a highly driven, strategic and hands-on Head of Digital Marketing – Performance & Growth to lead our digital marketing function.




This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands that digital marketing is not just about running campaigns—it is about driving measurable business growth, revenue and customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, Growth Strategy, Analytics, CRO, Marketing Technology and Team Leadership, with the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Performance & Growth Marketing – Primary Ownership
Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Develop and execute full-funnel digital acquisition strategies.
Drive measurable growth in revenue, customer acquisition and qualified leads.
Optimise campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, CPL, conversion rates and other business KPIs.
Manage and optimise digital marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
