Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Head to lead and scale our IT services sales function. The candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, enterprise sales, strategic accounts, revenue growth, and sales-team leadership across domestic and international markets.
The ideal candidate should have a solid track record of selling IT Services, Salesforce/CRM, Cloud, Digital Transformation, Application Development, Managed Services, or Technology Consulting solutions to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall sales and business development strategy.
Own revenue targets, sales pipeline, forecasting and achievement of business goals.
Drive new-logo acquisition and enterprise business development.
Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, VPs and senior business stakeholders.
Identify and convert opportunities for IT services,



consulting and digital transformation.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting → discovery → solution positioning → proposal/RFP → negotiation → closure.
Develop strategic accounts through upselling, cross-selling and account expansion.
Build a strong and predictable sales pipeline through outbound, referrals, partnerships and networking.
Lead large and complex enterprise deals and commercial negotiations.
Work closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery, Marketing and Finance teams to create winning proposals.
Develop account plans and go-to-market strategies for target industries and geographies.
Monitor market trends, competitors and emerging technology opportunities.
Hire, mentor, coach and manage the sales/business development team.
Establish sales KPIs, performance dashboards and regular pipeline reviews.
