Role Overview
Crux Creative Solutions is looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead new business acquisition and contribute directly to the agency’s growth.
The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience and the confidence to independently identify prospects, initiate conversations, present solutions, negotiate commercials, and close business.
Candidates with prior experience working in a creative, advertising, branding, digital marketing, social media, website development, or integrated marketing agency in a core sales or business development role will be given strong preference.
This is a target-driven role for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Recent Business Development
Identify and acquire new clients across relevant industries.
Generate qualified business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, tele-calling, referrals,



networking, industry events, and offline channels.
Build and maintain a strong, organised, and actionable sales pipeline.
Develop relationships with marketing heads, founders, CXOs, brand managers, and key decision-makers.
Lead Qualification and Client Meetings
Connect with prospective clients to understand their business, marketing challenges, budgets, and service requirements.
Qualify leads based on business potential, decision-making authority, timelines, and commercial viability.
Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person meetings with prospective clients.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and move opportunities effectively through the sales funnel.
Sales Presentations and Proposals
Present Crux Creative Solutions’ capabilities with confidence and professionalism.
Understand client briefs and work closely with the strategy and creative teams to develop relevant solutions.
