Responsibilities
As a senior engineer you are required to oversee the work done by design engineers. This is to ensure all their designated tasks are carried out successfully with minimum errors and high quality. For certain projects you might have to take on these responsibilities yourself.
Explain DBR and other design related documents / drawings to clients / architects / co-consultants,



carry out any required changes to the same based on project specific requirements and get approval on the same from client for preparing tender documents.
Project coordination with clients / co-consultants / architects and attending all required project meetings. Take responsibility for all the project related communication on behalf of the RSK team.
Periodic site visits to resolve any technical / site issues and keep team members informed about all the critical decisions taken in a given project and document them systematically.
Review progress made by the team on work that has been assigned to them.
Ensure projects you are handling are being smoothly & timely managed from design, drafting, execution, documentation, and commercial point of view.
Become an initial line of follow-up for billing and outstanding payments. Ensure that the accounts and management is fully updated about the status of all your projects.
