Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in designing and building scalable AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and multi-agent architectures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI services, vector databases, prompt engineering, MCP servers, and advanced agent orchestration frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
Build and manage multi-agent systems using modern AI frameworks.
Develop MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, tools, and integrations.
Implement and optimize prompt engineering strategies for improved AI performance.
Evaluate and enhance LLM responses while minimizing hallucinations and improving accuracy.
Integrate Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and related cloud AI services.
Work with vector databases for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions.
Required Skills




6+ years of overall IT experience.
Hands-on experience with Semantic Kernel and Microsoft Agent Framework.
Strong experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
Experience building and deploying multi-agent AI systems.
Expertise in OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
Experience building MCP servers and tools.
Solid knowledge of Prompt Engineering and prompt optimization techniques.
Experience evaluating LLM outputs and reducing hallucinations.
Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, etc.).
Good understanding of RAG architectures and enterprise AI solutions.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud-native AI deployments on Azure.
Knowledge of AI governance, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Shift Requirement: Candidate must be comfortable working in PST Shift (7:30 PM – 5:00 AM IST).
