This is a high-impact role requiring an AI-forward mindset and exceptional executive presence. As the Presales Lead Business Analyst, you will anchor the Business Development lifecycle from chance qualification to contract negotiation, leveraging modern AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation. You will be the anchor between our prospects' leadership, our solution architecture teams, and business operations, expected to deliver compelling, data-driven presentations that win business.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Enabled Presales & Solutioning
Champion the use of Generative AI tools to accelerate requirement gathering, proposal writing, market research, and capability deck creation.
Identify and design high-value AI/GenAI solutions tailored to EdTech clients, demonstrating how advanced technology solves their core business challenges.
Must be able to drill down top level business requirements to a User Story level and help the solutions team to understand the approach that we are taking.
Executive Stakeholder Management & Bid Defense
Should be able to lead, own and coordinate with all stake holders across sales, operations, prospect, legal and contracting.
Managing the post-bid process including putting together a Bid Defense pack which includes Defense Presentation and other collateral in line with the bid response theme.
Organizing a Bid Defense team.
Defining the agenda for the Bid Defense meeting to ensure that the correct message is conveyed to the prospect during the presentations.
Working with various stakeholders to manage the Defense Meeting.
Command the room during high-stakes presentations, articulating complex technical concepts and ROI to C-suite executives and senior leadership.
Interact with management personnel and facilitate appropriate reviews for smoother submission of proposal.
